The expected dispatch time for goods (made to order & other) is 3 working days.
Your order will be sent in a 1st Class Envelope or Parcel via Royal Mail. Our normal flat rate shipping price is £2.
We cannot offer any guarantees for cancellations or changes to orders on orders after dispatch. However, if you wish to cancel your order, contact us as soon as possible at info@vibrant-morse.77-68-34-85.plesk.page – if your order has not been dispatched we may be able to help you out.
We cannot issue any refunds, returns or exchanges on gift vouchers unless faulty or damaged during delivery.

Events, seminars & courses are non-refundable.
If your goods develop a fault within 14 days of delivery (including goods delivered with manufacturing faults), your goods may be returned for a full refund or replacement. Please contact info@vibrant-morse.77-68-34-85.plesk.page with a brief summary of the problem and your order number.
If your parcel shows immediate signs of transit damage please refuse delivery and contact us at info@vibrant-morse.77-68-34-85.plesk.page with a brief summary of the problem and your order number.
If the damage is only apparent after opening the parcel, you must inform us within 48 hours of receipt.
We may ask for deposits on items available for preorders of goods, courses, events, seminars, classes & more. Deposits will be clearly marked and are non-refundable.
Items on this website may not always be in stock. If any of your products/items are not available, you will be contacted with an estimate of availability and a rough expected delivery date. You may cancel your order at any time before order dispatch.
Payments are accepted through Paypal.
All listed prices are in Pound Sterling (£) inclusive of VAT. Any exemptions to this will be clearly marked. Prices may change without notice.
These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with Scots law. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
