We take cross-contamination seriously and use a separate fryer and dedicated utensils/tools for all gluten-free orders.
However, our kitchen is not a dedicated gluten-free environment. Flour is used on site daily for our regular battered items, so there is a small risk of airborne particles or trace cross-contact.
We cannot guarantee 100% gluten-free meals for customers with severe coeliac disease or extreme sensitivity.
